From Jové Viñes we want to make known our philosophy, as it is necessary to explain that behind a good product there is a whole process, both selection and production and that together with the geographical location and tradition of the ancestors from our region give our products very peculiar characteristics and flavors.

From Jové Viñes we want to make known our philosophy, as it is necessary to explain that behind a good product there is a whole process, both selection and production and that together with the geographical location and tradition of the ancestors of our region give to the desserts products some characteristics and some very peculiar flavors.

Geographic location

We are located in La Noguera, the gateway to the Pre-Pyrenees of Lleida, specifically in the town of Camarasa.

Region that by tradition has been developed in the sectors of agriculture and the cattle ranch of farmers. Marked by a very contrasting climate, with cold winters and warm summers, due to the proximity of the Pyrenees and the plain of Lleida bathed by the river Segre with two of its marshes, that of Sant Llorenç de Montgai and that of Camarasa.

Tradition

In the past, the people of Lleida raised and fattened their pigs during the year and when winter came they slaughtered them, the meats, once processed, dried or cooked, to ensure the supply of food for the rest of the year. Everything was made at home and with homemade products.

Crafts

The aim of Jové Viñes is to continue this tradition in the new times, improving and adapting the products to the current diet, healthier, balanced and natural. And make them reach you from the village with the utmost freshness and quality.
